The company is primarily engaged in the fabrication, erection and installation of roof covering and frames for greenhouses structures in Spain. It was incorporated in June of 2007 and has its registered business office located in Onati, Spain. The company manufactures its own construction materials for the greenhouses structure with a fully robotised process, encompassing from the shaping of the tube until the finished product and its distribution. The company operates as part of the Spain-based Grupo ULMA S. Coop (ULMA Group), which is one of the largest holding companies in the north of Spain made up of eight different businesses, all of them leading firms capable of competing globally in the international environment, sharing common experiences, values and philosophy.
